Refund Policy
At UGG Outlet Deals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. They should be in their original packaging (shoe box), which must also remain undamaged. Please do not use the shoe box as shipping packaging.
Store Credit or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a store credit voucher via email for the value of the returned product(s). You can use this voucher code at checkout to reorder your replacement item(s).
Refund to Original Payment Method
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund for the product(s) purchased. A confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will take 2-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a $5 restocking/return handling fee applies.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately. We take pride in the quality of our products and will assist you in resolving the issue.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or faulty item.
Online Return Process
You can initiate a return online once your order has been shipped and invoiced. To start the process, visit our return portal and follow the instructions. The return address and further details will be provided upon lodging your request.
Note: Store credit vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable once funds have been loaded. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
